Payment Plan Terms and Agreement
By clicking "I Agree" above, you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions of this Payment Plan Agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and Reconnect Breath (“Company”).
If you have made payment in full, these terms
1. Course Description
You are enrolling in the Reconnect Breath Instructor Certification Course (the “Course”), a program designed to provide training in breathwork and cold exposure facilitation.
2. Payment Obligations
By agreeing to this Agreement, you confirm that:
- You are financially responsible for paying the Total Fee in full according to the installment schedule provided at enrollment.
- You will ensure timely payment of all installments.
- You will notify the Company promptly of any changes to your payment method or financial situation.
3. Consequences of Non-Payment
Failure to make a payment as agreed will result in the following actions: a. Late Fees: A late fee of $25 USD will be applied if any payment is more than 7 days overdue. b. Access Suspension: Course access, including materials and certification, will be suspended until overdue payments are resolved. c. Collections and Legal Action: If payment is more than 30 days overdue, the Company reserves the right to:
- Demand immediate payment of the full remaining balance.
- Refer the matter to a collections agency or pursue legal action.
- Recover all associated costs, including legal fees and collection expenses.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable, regardless of participation or completion status.
5. Access to Course Materials
Your access to the Course materials and certification is contingent upon full and timely payment of all installments.
6. Electronic Agreement
By clicking "I Agree," you consent to these terms and agree that your electronic acknowledgment is legally binding, equivalent to your signature on a written contract.
7. Termination of Agreement
The Company may terminate this Agreement and revoke access to the Course in cases of:
- Non-payment as outlined above.
- Violation of any of the terms of this Agreement.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Participant and the Company regarding the payment terms for the Course and supersedes all prior agreements or communications.
